Concierge funds are typically approved up to a percentage of your home's projected list price. Your Vista agent will work with you to determine the right scope of work and the maximum amount available for your property.
Concierge covers a wide range of pre-listing improvements: staging, painting, flooring, landscaping, cleaning, kitchen and bath updates, HVAC servicing, and more. Your Vista agent will help you prioritize the projects with the highest return on investment for your specific home and market.
Compass has a vetted vendor network, but you are not required to use it exclusively. Your Vista agent can help coordinate with local Central Texas contractors you already trust, as long as they meet Compass's approval criteria.
Most Concierge projects are completed within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on scope. Your Vista agent will build a timeline that aligns with your target list date so there's no delay in getting your home to market.
Compass Concierge is designed to generate a return that exceeds its cost; Vista agents only recommend projects with a strong ROI track record in the Central Texas market. That said, repayment is required at closing regardless of outcome. Your agent will be transparent about projected returns before any work begins.
